Concealed Tactical Self Defense Training & Tactics is owned and operated by David Escobedo, a Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor certified through the United States Krav Maga Association. David also has a training background with Krav Maga Worldwide, however Concealed Tactical does not affiliate with any Krav Maga organization or consider their training facility to be a "Krav Maga school". Con-Tact Training is a blend of various tactics, techniques and combatives acquired through years of training from both personal & occupational experiences, as well as from continuous educational training seminars, classes, and events.
David's 25 yr occupational background can be
summed up in four categories: Security, Military,
Private Investigations, and Law Enforcement.
He has worked both armed and unarmed as a
state and federal security officer for various
companies, businesses, and professional sporting events.
He's an Army veteran having served 4 years active duty, 4 years with the Texas National Guard (Military Police), and 2 years with the Navy Reserves (Master-at-Arms). As a San Antonio Police Officer he proudly helped to protect his community for over 10 years. Since moving to Alabama in July of 2013 he has worked as a Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor, a Red Cross Infant, Child, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and is currently a Conceal Carry Handgun Instructor at Last Resort Guns in Madison. He has spent thousands of training hours throughout his career obtaining instruction in the areas of civilian, military, and police; defensive tactics, combat first aid, and self defense.
